Proud of your cornbread? Show off your cornbread skills in the Cornbread Cook-off Challenge, hosted by TCU Press. The top 10 submitted recipes will become finalists, and those cooks will compete at a January event. The ultimate winner’s recipe will be published in the forthcoming children’s book Hound Dawg by Patricia Vermillion. (The story is a Southern-style retelling of the Little Red Hen.)
